Introduction:
A help desk team is a resource intended to provide the new players or end user with information and support related to a server's products and services. Manage the performance of services to players, ensure that service levels are achieved in line. Manage players problems, associated to player communication, activities and any appropriate escalations. Contribute to the success of the events and assist in improving the overall experience within the people. Build servers relationship with players and conduct server reviews for key players. Review performance reports, server improvements, server quality and processes.

- You must get at least 15 score In-Game before applying.
- Your age must be over 15 (IRL). Lying will get you declined.
- You must be great at speaking / typing English.
- You must be available at anytime for a teamspeak interview.
